How the route check works

When you book a pickup, the system automatically checks for available clerks along your delivery route to find the cheapest option for you.

A verified clerk is within 5 km of the delivery route. They handle the last-mile step, keeping the cost low.

No clerk on route

₦800 additional

No clerk within 5 km of the route. The parcel goes to the nearest park and a driver coordinates the final delivery.

Why we ask for ID and a selfie

When you request a doorstep pickup, a clerk comes to your location. For the safety of our staff, we require a one-time identity check: a valid government ID photo and a selfie. This is only required once per account. Option A (park drop-off) never requires any identification.
